Besides our residential development that range from the renovation of existing buildings to the constructing of new buildings in different locations. We also took the responsibility to be part of the community and we built in 2015 47 new Flats accommodations for refugees. 

When thousands arrived in Hamburg in 2015 and local districts were forced to redeploy school gyms to house everyone, we found ourselves in the right time to do something for the community.
