    Hanseatic living in the Elbe suburbs

    We were lucky to have the chance to develop in the Elbchaussee area. One of the oldest and most diverse streets in Hamburg. Combining the classic architecture within the modern techniques of construction was our main goal.

    Re-interpretation of an old Hanseatic building

    We found a potential in this nice old building and we made the decision to develop it.  And our aim was to renovate this building with a full respect to the old architectural language without any crucial changes. If an old building could talk, they would have myriad tales to tell.

    Diversity is our main strategy in our developing vision. Therefore, there is nothing called good areas and bad areas. Every area has a potential and deserves unique development. 

    In comparison to our main projects, this property will be added in our portfolio as return income property. The apartments will be rented as soon as the building is finished.

    AAA Real Estate is a local project development company in Hamburg, which wants to set impulses in Hamburg’s cityscape with innovative solutions and high creative standards. The focus is on new buildings as well as on the development of existing buildings. We are looking for investment opportunities and potential in old townhouses and villas, for the possible integration or addition of individual upscale residential units.
